Trainer (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
Deliver and implements appropriate resources and programs to accomplish training objectives. The ability to evaluate new, presently existing, and proposed training methodologies, deliver training materials, and plans, and deliver training at a high organizational level. Provides training and orientation of new labcorp employees.
Conduct training programs for the company with a large portion of this for Client Billing. May track and analyze training programs by examining participants’ job performance. Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development. Meet with operational management and make recommendation for new training material.
Qualifications:Minimum three years relevant work experience with bachelor's degree required OR five years relevant work experience with no degree requiredPrior RCM Client Billing experience strongly preferredPrior RCM systems knowledge strongly preferredAbility to effectively communicate and deliver training presentations to employees strongly preferredPrior training or mentor experience strongly preferredAbility to develop quick rapports and present Labcorp to new employees in an energetic and professional manner strongly preferredApplication Window Closes: 8-14-25
Pay Range: $45-60K (State minimum wages apply if higher)
Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm EST
This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office days at Burlington or Durham, NC locations and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
