Job Title: Trainee Sterile Cleaner
Salary: £28,275 per annum

Shift pattern will be one week of 06.00-14.30 then one week of 13.30-22.00 alternating .You may be required to do a few weeks of night shift to complete your training.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, as full training will be provided. Due to the nature of the work, applicants should not have any skin conditions.

In your new role as a Trainee Sterile Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

In order to be successful in this role you will need have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given,  have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
