Job Description
Planning, organising, directing, and controlling of all sales activities for your team
• Supporting in recruitment of new agents,
• Supporting in training of new sales agents
• Coaching and mentoring of new sales agents
• Field supervision of sales agents
• Reviewing individual performance of the sales agents on weekly basis
• Conducting weekly team and one on one meetings
• Ensuring that sales targets are achieved for the team as well as individually
• Accomplishment of individual set targets
• Providing guidance between sales and agents and customers
• Handling agents’ grievances both internally and externally.
• Conflict resolution among agents
• Providing monthly quarterly, yearly sales agents performance
• Representing the department and the company at internal and external forums respectively.
Provides advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and are individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceCarry out a range of customer service activities, including handling customer cases and inquiries that are more complex or outside the norm.
Solutions AnalysisFind the most effective ways to respond to routine functional inquiries. Involves following procedures and precedents.
Receiving VisitorsReceive and screen visitors, answering routine questions, providing information, or directing requests elsewhere.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) DataEnter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities.
Customer Needs ClarificationInterview the customer, following a complex multilevel sales script, to clarify the customer's requirements, or assist in conducting interviews with potential customers, making detailed notes to collect client requirements.
Operational ComplianceDevelop working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards.
Business DevelopmentDeliver support services (mostly of a routine nature) by using business development systems and protocols designed to create long-term value for the organization and its customers, markets, and relationships.
Sales Opportunities CreationIdentify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers and other contacts and/or through participation in trade shows and conferences.
Data ExplorationProduce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that data into standard formats.
Network of InfluenceDemonstrate understanding of the value of networking by participating in and contributing to a network of people, technologies, and ideas both inside and outside the company.
Customer Relationship Development / ProspectingMake calls (by telephone or in person) to allocated customers to develop new relationships. Act as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
