We are looking for a motivated and proactive Regional Support Trainee to join our team in Central America and the Caribbean. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an undergraduate student interested in gaining experience in managing RFQs (Request for Quotation), local BIDs (CLBs), RFIs (Request for Information), and sustainability initiatives. The selected candidate will provide support in information compilation, organizing meetings with stakeholders, and promoting our GoGreen initiative.

Responsibilities:
•  RFQ and CLB Tracking: Assist in the management and tracking of requests for quotations and local bids, ensuring that all required documentation and information are complete and up-to-date.
•  Information Compilation: Gather and organize relevant data related to RFIs and other necessary documents for the bidding and quotation processes.
•  Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss opportunities, requirements, and updates on the bidding processes.
•  Sustainability Support: Collaborate with the GoGreen team to promote the global initiative, helping users become \"super users\" of this platform. This includes training and support for implementing sustainable practices in daily operations.
•  Analysis and Reporting: Conduct basic data analysis and generate reports on the progress of sustainability initiatives and RFQ tracking.

Requirements:
•  Education: University student or recent graduate in fields such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability, or related areas.
•  Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team, and strong organizational skills.
•  Knowledge: Familiarity with project management tools and office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). An interest in sustainability and environmental practices is a plus.
•  Languages: Spanish. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English is mandatory (B2).
