As part of the Partner Sales team, you will support the development and management of our indirect sales in Poland. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled and business-oriented individual to build a career in sales engineering with a global leader in energy-efficient technologies. This role is time-limited to 1 year and can be fulfilled either from our office in Grodzisk Mazowiecki or from a Home Office in southern Poland. **What You’ll Be Doing** In this role, you will participate in a dynamic trainee program in which you will gain hands-on experience with partner management and sales development projects. Aiming at driving sales growth within our channel partner network, your tasks include: + Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and their customers + Preparing commercial offers, providing technical advice, and supporting sales activities to achieve agreed goals + Collaborating closely with the Partner Sales Manager, local Sales Engineers, and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, applications) + Supporting business development plans, pricing structures, and partner growth initiatives + Providing resources and guidance to partners, monitoring sales performance, and sharing best practices + Participating in sales projects, generating leads, and conducting market studies in Poland **What We're Looking For** + Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (e.g. mechatronics) + Enjoyment of working with people paired with solid communication skills + Business acumen with analytical, process-oriented mindset + Proactive, can-do attitude, and high motivation for personal development + Good MS Office skills + Fluent Polish and very good English language skills in speaking and writing + B driving license and travel flexibility within Poland (at least 3 days per week, a car will be provided) For further information about the position, please contact Franziska Reiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, at +49 (0)40 7367 5109. \#LI-FR1 **What You'll Get from Us** 1.
