Responsibilities Job Overview: To run and utilize the machine according to it specifications to reach daily production targets. To maintain good GMP practices and keep machinery clean. Compiled mill grist & controlled product quality parameters and compiled milling and packaging plan. Controlled wheat intake & milling processes. Controlled raw material & finished stock levels & rotation. Optimised people, mill, machinery and equipment - also maintained the mill, machinery and equipment. Ensured safety, heath, hygiene and pest management and managed team. Excel in Wheat milling, both practically and academically. Production maintenance and mechanical/technical basics. Fault finding and adjustments to ensure product within spec. Maintain 6S Takes responsibilities for safety, quality, delivery and performance on the mill. Understanding true efficiency and Material efficiency. Adhere to GMP standards. Adhere to safety regulations. Optimization of machine and equipment. House keeping. Adhere to all related procedures. Reporting any deviations on the machine to Miller or Head Miller/Production manager.
