The digital marketing team at NEXT, is made up of circa 70 marketing professionals in 4 disciplines. The roles available will be within the Paid Media team.
The Paid Media team is a large team who work with partners such as Facebook, Google, Snapchat and Pinterest to buy advertising space showcasing the most relevant NEXT products to new and existing customers in the UK and overseas to encourage them to shop from our ecommerce sites.
These teams are highly skilled, ambitious with lots of energy, with a number of recent graduates, they work fast but with great attention to detail. These are fantastic opportunities to join one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers!
About the Role:
You will manage regular reporting on a day to day basis to work out the most successful ads You will liaise with our media agency and internal data teams on reporting You will learn about the technical aspects of SEO and/or buying digital media/ads You will review and monitor competitor activity You will be working alongside key internal stakeholders, plan and execute activity You will work with the external media agency & key partners You will receive training about relevant media buying platforms, from internal & external experts
About You:
You will be a recent business or marketing graduate with, ideally, a year in industry, although this is not essential You will be a proactive self-starter who works well in a fast paced digital environment You will be self-motivated & highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and stay calm under pressure You will be creative and inquisitive with a thirst to learn more You will have attention to detail You will be able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly You will be an effective team player; can do attitude You will have excellent verbal and written communication skill You will be an intermediate to advanced level user of Microsoft Excel who is highly numerate
We are looking for the successful candidates to start with us this Summer 2025. The recruitment process will involve a series of activities including a 1st stage and 2nd stage. The 1st stage will be a quick virtual call with our hiring team and the 2nd stage will be an in-person interview at our Head Office where you’re likely to do a presentation followed by interview-style questions.
