Key Responsibilities\nSupporting our application management process with international applicants\nGeneral administrative tasks related to human resources\nSupporting our onboarding and offboarding processes\nOrganizing and implementing welfare initiatives, such as employee events and activities\nManaging our staff accommodation\nSupporting HR project work\nActing as a point of contact for employee inquiries\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseFor this challenging role as a Human Resources Trainee, you will have:\nInitial experience in the hotel industry and/or in working with and for people (service provider)\nFluency in English and German is a prerequisite\nEmpathetic and professional interaction with colleagues and other stakeholders\nOrganized and motivated approach to work\nEnjoyment of an intercultural working environment \n
