Currently, we are looking for Trainee Accountant to join our Shared Services Center EMEA.
Main Activities and Key Tasks:
Verify accuracy and post suppliers’ invoices using the appropriate cost centers and projects. Performs payments in line with Foundever approval policy and payment schedule. Prepare, verify, code and process AR invoices as per agreed timing. Prepare all AP, AR and General Ledger journals and ensure their accuracy, correct authorization and maintenance of relevant supporting evidence. Process bank statement and intercompany transactions. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations within deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or last year student in accounting, finance or related field. No previous experience is required. Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English. Very good conversational and written knowledge in French. Attention to details and accuracy, self-motivated and organized. Curious, proactive and willing to take initiatives. Team player and deadline oriented. Knowledge of MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Foundever Bulgaria offers you:
