Scope of Responsibilities

Helping in preparation of draft valuation reports (operaty szacunkowe) in Polish and valuation reports in English,Collecting transaction data and helping in conducting real estate market analyses,Providing organizational support for the team’s day-to-day operations.

Our Requirements

University degree or currently in the process of obtaining one,Fluent command of English, both written and spoken,Ability to work under supervision on assigned tasks but independence highly appreciated,Proficient use of the MS Office package (especially Excel, including macros),Programming skills (e.g. Visual Basic, Python, etc.) will be an advantage,Skills and experience in using GIS / mapping applications such as QGIS will be an additional asse
