“PrimE领航”培训生项目是艺康有害生物防治事业部推出的早期校园人才加速发展计划。该项目旨在为致力于有害生物防治领域发展的年轻人才提供定制化成长路径，通过一线服务、服务管理和地区销售的轮岗，在实践中锚定职业发展方向。
历时15个月的“PrimE领航”培训生项目涉及3次轮岗，根据团队的综合评估和培训生的意愿，定岗职位为服务经理或销售经理。
轮岗一（6个月）：服务专员轮岗二（6个月）：服务主管轮岗三（3个月）：服务经理或业务拓展主任我们希望你是：
l 2025年全日制毕业生；
l 专业不限，优先考虑园艺、农学或植物保护专业；
l 卓越的沟通能力、协作能力和结果导向；
l 有相关实习经验或校园活动者优先考虑；
l 保证7月至8月全勤于上海或杭州实习。
