Traffic & Marketing Operations Associate
**Location:** Secaucus, New Jersey **Job Summary:** The Children’s Place is the largest pure-play children’s retailer in North America. We sell apparel, footwear, accessories etc. in North America and Globally, in stores and online under the brand names of The Children's Place, and Gymboree. It is an exciting time to join our Marketing Operations team as we are building ambitious strategies to grow our business and delight our customers. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Traffic & Marketing Operations Associate to be the glue between our Creative team and the broader Marketing organization. This role will be essential in streamlining creative workflows, balancing capacity, and ensuring all marketing channels get what they need when they need it. You’ll be a key player in driving clarity, prioritization, and delivery across a high-volume, fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** **Key Accountabilities:** + Own Creative Project Intake + Review and manage incoming creative briefs across all channels: brand, performance, retail, CRM, etc. + Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure briefs are complete, clear, and strategically sound + Plan and Route Workflows + Track milestones and ensure timely movement through concepting, design, reviews, and approvals + Drive Communication + Act as a central liaison between creative and all other marketing functions + Facilitate alignment meetings, creative reviews, and daily standups + Ensure Timely Delivery + Manage timelines from kickoff through final delivery + Keep stakeholders updated on project status, blockers, and reschedules + Streamline Feedback Loops + Route creative for feedback and approvals in an organized, actionable way + Maintain documentation of all rounds and final signoffs + Problem-Solve in Real Time + Identify roadblocks early and reroute as needed to stay on track + Adjust timelines and priorities based on business needs and team capacity + Improve Processes + Audit and evolve creative workflows in partnership with Brand Creative Directors, Commercial Creative Directors and Production teams. + Build and refine scalable systems that make our creative engine run smarter + Marketing Operations + Assist in documenting processes + Manage cross functional deliverables, tracking and communication **Education and Experience:** + 2-3 years of experience in traffic/project management in a creative or marketing environment + Strong knowledge of digital creative workflows, asset specs, and file types + Deep understanding of the design process — you know what it takes to bring a creative concept to life + Proven success managing multiple projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're a team translator and people connector + Ultra-organized with sharp attention to detail and a high bar for quality + Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts — you're always three steps ahead + Strong Microsoft office skills – Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel + Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Jira + Bachelor’s degree in a related field **Skills & Behaviors:** + Innovative, curious and creative mindset. + Results-driven with a focus on achieving business objectives. + Ability to drive continuous improvements and drive meaningful, customer-first strategies and innovation. + Methodical and disciplined approach. + Strong sense of accountability and ownership. **Hourly/Salary** $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 Salary o Benefits include: Bonus eligible (depending on role), Paid Time Off, Employee Discount, 401(k) and company match, Wellness Reimbursement, Adoption Assistance, free backup care (for kids, pets & the elderly), choice of health insurance plans, company-paid life/AD&D, short and long term disability, a variety of voluntary benefits and an employee assistance program.
