Description We are looking for a dedicated Traffic Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Willmar, Minnesota. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and possess strong organizational skills. You will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations within the agriculture sector, contributing to timely deliveries and accurate reporting. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the appointment coordinator to address and resolve potential late truck arrivals identified through tracking systems. • Communicate delivery-related issues with vendor management teams to ensure smooth operations. • Administer late delivery coding processes, and compile and report tracking data periodically. • Provide coverage during scheduled vacations to maintain workflow continuity. • Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned to support departmental goals. Requirements • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all tasks. • Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Exhibit strong analytical abilities along with clear written and verbal communication skills. • Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Adapt to frequent changes in a fast-paced work environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, particularly in data entry processes.
