Traffic and Performance Marketing Manager, Amazon Furusato
Description Amazon Furusato, our innovative Hometown Tax marketplace (Furusato Nozei), seeks a dynamic Traffic and Performance Marketing Manager to drive visitor growth and acquisition strategy. This role is crucial in scaling our customer base through both owned and variable marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with expertise in Amazon O&O marketing channels such as email, push notifications as well as in variable marketing channels such as paid search, associate, social, display ads. You will be fully responsible for driving website traffic from high-converting customers. You are expected to think both analytically and creatively, to test, build, automate, and scale marketing initiatives across traffic channels. This is an unique opportunity to lead the entire traffic strategy for Amazon Furusato, and to partner with various teams from non-Tech to Tech with high visibility with leaders. Key job responsibilities - Lead and execute the channel strategy and design testing/experimentation plans to drive high-value actions. - Optimize visitor acquisition across Amazon O&O marketing channels such as email, push notifications as well as in variable marketing channels such as paid search, associate, social, display ads. - Conduct detailed campaign and channel performance analysis, leveraging data to optimize strategies, refine targeting, and improve performance. - Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to track KPIs, present actionable insights, and enable data-informed decision-making Must-have requirements - Experience building and executing traffic and performance marketing strategies from concept to completion - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvement for marketing performance - Experience leading the stakeholder management, from negotiation to implementation - English proficiency - Experience utilizing any of SQL or other analytical tools to manipulate and analyze datasets for insights building Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs - Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
