Job Summary and Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, the Tradesman will be proficient in basic plumbing and electrical.

Knowledge of building management systems including: building automation system, fire alarm system and pneumatic tube system. The Tradesman will have the ability to read and follow PM instructions, have the basic knowledge of central plant equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling towers and VAVs.
Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum five (5) years’ experience. 

High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience.

Proficient in basic plumbing and electrical.

Knowledge of building management systems including, building automation system, fire alarm system, and pneumatic tube system.

Ability to read and follow PM instructions.

Basic knowledge of central plant equipment, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and VAVs.
