Trader Voice Automation Engineer
Job Description We are seeking a Trader Voice Automation Engineer to support the modernization and automation of voice infrastructure across a trading floor environment. This role blends hands-on telephony expertise with Python-based automation to streamline the deployment, testing, and compliance of trader voice systems. Youll be instrumental in migrating legacy BT turrets to Cloud9 IPC touch turrets, developing scripts to automate GUI interactions, dialing functions, and system audits. The role includes building and maintaining Python scripts using libraries like Pywinauto and Selenium, integrating with REST APIs, and supporting CI/CD workflows via GitLab. In addition to automation, youll assist with weekend hardware installations, provide desk-side training to traders, and help ensure voice systems meet compliance and operational standards. Experience with SIP trunking, SBCs, and virtual desktop environments will be highly valuable. Skills and Requirements -A minimum of 2 years work experience at an enterprise level company -Programing experience (i.e. Python) -Experience with some of following libraries (tinytag, voodoo, Socketio, Pywinauto, etc.) -Ability to develop automation test-cases for testing Applications. -Experience with automation test tools like Selenium -Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field -Must have flexibility to work some weekends -Some CICD familiarity and Gitlab knowledge - Basic knowledge of VDI -Worked with Citrix VDI environment -Basic telephony experience working in telecom or a multimedia communication product such as (MS Teams, Zoom) -Strong Understanding of (SIP trunking, WebRTC, HTML protocols) -Experience working with SBCs (Ribbon/Sonus or Oracle) -Azure or AWS certification plus null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
