About the Team

Providing strategic advice based on IP laws to Divisions of ZF in AP and handling all trademark related matters.

What you can look forward to as a Trademark Professional:

Work with global IP team to support trademark prosecution Gather documents and evidence to support trademark litigations Handle trademark authorization related matters Conduct trademark searches and assess risks associated with new product and service name Provide comprehensive trademark legal advice to support business operations Monitor and advise on trademark infringement issues Coordinate and manage enforcement actions such as administrative raids, criminal raids, PRC Customs seizures, and online takedown requests

Your Profile as a Trademark Professional:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement, preferably in a multinational company or IP law firm  Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Intellectual Property, or related fields Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required  Solid experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement Fluent English
