We are looking for an experienced Trademark Paralegal for a newly created position with an IP Boutique! This is a permanent position with full time hours. Some overtime may be required. The Trademark Paralegal will handle trademark prosecution and maintenance and be responsible for the following:

Manage US and International trademark portfolios for clients in a variety of industries Prepare and file trademark applications, statements of use, and renewal filings and other related prosecution documents Conduct trademark searches and utilize other research tools Prepare and file foreign trademark applications and communicate with foreign associates Prepare reports for clients using CPI Prepare and file copyright applications Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys and peers, and outside vendors and third parties

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of trademark prosecution experience in a law firm along with a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate. Experience navigating the USPTO is required.
