Job Description
Insight Global is currently hiring a Trade Show Assistant to support our client’s team during a 3-day industry event at the Tampa Convention Center. The client specializes in fittings, tubing, and vacuum packaging solutions for industrial applications and will be showcasing a new product line at the event. This role is ideal for someone with trade show experience who is personable, professional, and enjoys engaging with attendees.
The essential functions of the Trade Show Assistant are:
- Greet attendees and create a welcoming booth environment
- Answer basic product questions
- Assist with booth setup at 8:30 AM daily (light setup duties)
- Support product demonstrations and conversations
- Provide coverage while the lead representative steps out for breaks/lunch
- Maintain booth cleanliness and organization
- Help with booth breakdown on the final day
Schedule:
October 7–8: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
October 9: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM EST
PAY: $18-20/hour.

Skills and Requirements
- Must be available to work October 7-9 from 8:30-5:00
- Prior customer service experience
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Reliable and punctual; available all three days during listed hours
- Business casual attire: dress pants and collared shirt or button-down - Previous trade show or event support experience
