Overview Key Account Executive WS&LMT Responsibilities Performance Management Manage territory performance to achieve volume target with identified gap closing, issues& opportunities and to develop corrective action plan Understand responsible customer's performance and provide information on profile, work & not work and opportunity for Customer Business Review Provide business report with identified findings from frontline information with proposed corrective solution Identify and monitoring territory demand forecast Customer Management Achieve KPI target with identify individual action plan to deliver results Develop business plan to align customer’s activities with corporate direction and key activities in order to drive sales growth Lead monthly business review to update business performance and identify business opportunities Work with customer to win in store Ensure compliance of bank guarantee with PepsiCo policy and own Process: strictly manage on time customer's collection and follow up with customers for bounce cheque until get paid People Management Work with Field execution and trade marketing to deliver a consistent and high level of customer satisfaction and excellent instore execution Regular update information on the competition, competitive products Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required At least 2 years of experience in TT field sales Good communication and negotiation skill Have sense of entrepreneurship Result oriented Analytical and problem solving skills Basic Computer skill i.e. MS office Mobility to work in upcountry
