Trade Ops Readiness Analyst (Temporal 18 meses)
**General purpose** Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards. **Key responsibilities** + Oversee regional projects across Latam, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. + Coordinate cross-functional teams in multiple countries, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. + Identify and mitigate risks resulting of Latam projects data gathering, managing resources and compliance with local regulations to ensure successful On time delivery. + Support the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. + Document requirements / user stories, process flows and test cases. + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define, design, and launch new system features. + Document As Is and To Be processes, analyzing and identifying improvements and efficiencies + Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional macro level topics within/across projects and with Senior Program Management. + Support the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established projects of work. + Drive adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project. + Identify and escalate risks which impact project delivery and ensure mitigation. + Applies advanced and comprehensive understanding of concepts and methodologies. **Academic background** + Bachelor’s/University degree (Industrial / Systems Engineer or equivalent). + Master’s degree preferred. + BPM methodology. + Business Analyst or PMP certification is a plus. **Experience** + 4+ years relevant experience. + Experience on project management and/or business analysis. + Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). + Experience in process improvement. + Proven experience with specific technologies. + Experience in Trade / service industry is a plus. **Skills and Competencies** + Advanced level of English (written and spoken). + Must have a clear understanding on project management and business analysis. + Knowledge of software design principles. + Knowledge in Trade products is a plus. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to solve problems methodically and efficiently. + Proactivity and results-orientation. + Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
