We are looking for a Trade Merchandising Development Executive. You will be responsible for printing materials development and production, tenders conduction, planograms update and placement guidelines development and communication to insure product awareness.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Ensure regular printing materials development in the defined timeframe:orders consolidation and validationorders placement within determined suppliersmaterials quality checkmaterials delivery and distribution.placement achievement rate checkEvaluate tender proposals together with Procurement department.Create, in collaboration with marketing teams, special solutions for new launches, including new developments.Develop and produce price communication materials: price stickers, price tags.Update materials placement guidelines on regular basis.Adapt planograms for different equipment.Conduct meeting with regional teams.Collect feedback from regional teams.Build strong cross-functional collaboration.Ensure optimal budget usage considering safety stock.

REQUIREMENTS:

Higher education (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Technical preferable).Possess overall Experience of about 2-3- years in FMCG Company in Marketing or Sales Department.Soft skills: result oriented, creativity, high communication and presentation skills, good analytical skills.Basic knowledge about materials types.English will be an advantage.PC skills (Excel, Power Point).Driving license – category B.
