As a Trade Marketing Specialist Purina, your role is to drive growth of the category by identifying opportunities, aligning strategies, and ensuring strong execution in the market. **Trade Marketing Specialist Purina** **A day in the life of Trade Marketing Specialist Purina** + Work with the MDO Manager/BDM to find and focus on the best opportunities to grow the category across different sales channels. + Adjust the category strategy to fit the local market and create clear action plans for each channel and customer type. + Build a local plan for each sales channel based on growth opportunities and track progress using key performance indicators. + Take part in the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process and make sure it aligns with the overall category strategy. + Set clear rules for promotions by channel and review how effective trade investments (TTS & PFME) are in stores. + Make sure budgets are planned and used on time in SAP, based on decisions made in MDO/Marketing/Sales meetings, and help carry out key activities to meet or exceed goals. + Create point-of-purchase (POP) materials that follow the category strategy and ensure brand visibility in all channels, both short and long term. + Help key customers grow their categories by providing data insights (like Nielsen, market research, and trends), and support them in building their knowledge and strategy. **What will make you successful?** + Ideally, you have at least 3 years of experience in trade marketing, customer management, sales, or related field. + You have great negotiation capabilities, as well as strong bussines planning skills. + You are a team player and result-focused with strong communication and presentation skills. + You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken. + You are advanced user of MS Office package. **What we offer?** + A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovation + International work environment + Work from Home - Hybrid and flexible approach + Private Health Insurance including annual medical check-up for employees + Annual leave quota higher than defined by law (up to 30 days) + Paid parental leave as per Parental Policy + And many other benefits **What are you waiting for?** If you are interested in this career opportunity and what to join our team, **please submit your application.** We review all applications on an ongoing basis, so please do not delay your submission.
