**Job Purpose:**
The Trade Marketing Manager, Personal Health, is responsible for driving commercial execution excellence across retail and omni-channel partners by translating Personal Health category and brand strategies into impactful, customer-specific trade plans.
This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Category, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain to accelerate sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out while maximizing trade investment ROI and strengthening Philips’ in-store and digital retail presence.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Channel & Customer Activation**
+ Translate Personal Health category strategies (G&B and OHC) into channel- and customer-specific trade activation plans and product portfolio.
+ Support Key Account Managers in Joint Business Planning (JBP) with major retailers.
+ Ensure alignment between brand priorities and customer needs, driving win‑win commercial outcomes.
**2. Trade Promotion & In-Store Execution**
+ Plan, execute, and track trade promotions, seasonal activations, exclusives, and bundle offers in line with Philips PH pricing and promotion guidelines.
+ Own the trade marketing calendar, coordinating promo phasing, visibility programs, and store execution.
+ Drive in-store excellence through POSM deployment, planograms, demo programs, and retail staff education for Personal Health products.
**3. Go-To-Market & Product Launch Excellence**
+ Lead trade readiness for Personal Health product launches, including sell‑in decks, trade stories, SKU prioritization, pricing & promo mechanics, and visibility plans.
+ Partner with Marketing and Category teams to ensure consistent brand messaging at the point of sale, both offline and online.
+ Coordinate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to mitigate supply risks and ensure launch success.
**4. Trade Investment & Budget Management**
+ Own the trade marketing budget for Personal Health; ensure disciplined planning and tracking.
+ Evaluate promotion effectiveness and ROI, using sell-out data and post‑evaluation to optimize future investment.
+ Ensure adherence to Philips internal controls, approval processes, and audit requirements.
**5. Shopper, Market & Competitive Insights**
+ Analyze sell-out data, shopper behavior, and category performance to identify growth opportunities by channel and retailer.
+ Monitor competitor activities (pricing, promotions, displays, NPDs) in the Personal Health category and share actionable insights.
+ Use insights to continuously improve GTM effectiveness and trade activation quality.
**6. Sales Enablement & Stakeholder Collaboration**
+ Act as the bridge between Sales and Marketing, ensuring clear alignment on priorities, execution standards, and KPIs.
+ Develop and localize sales tools such as trade decks, promo mechanics, launch toolkits, and execution guidelines.
+ Manage agencies and external partners to deliver high‑quality, on-time trade execution.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
+ >10 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Marketing, or Sales within FMCG / Consumer Electronics / Healthcare Consumer Products
+ Strong understanding of HK retail landscape and omni-channel execution
+ Experience managing trade budgets and complex promotions
+ Analytical, structured, and execution-focused mindset
