Trade Marketing Manager

**Primary Job Function**
+ Responsible for OTC channel trade related promotion/SOP/policy/guidance planning/implementation.
+ OTC budget control & efficiency management
+ Execution tracking, efficiency analysis, ensure good execution
+ Market analysis to come up with related insight/strategy.
+ Bridget HQ and local and sales and cross function connection
+ Develop trade strategy & programs for OTC channel and related execution guidance/policy
+ Based on MKT/sales strategy and budget, allocate and control budget usage & efficiency
+ Execution tracking, efficiency analysis, ensure good execution
+ Collect/analyze otc market and competitor information, together with channel insight, propose related channel strategy and ensure channel healthy development
+ Information collection/consolidation: as a liaison between HQ and regions, Drugstore team and other functions, collect and sort sales information/ activities’ execution results by week/month. Distribute HQ’s decision, plan and communications to field force and follow the response.
+ Ad-hoc analysis and report: Create summary based on the input by Customer Excellence and field force
+ SOP Management: standardize retail OTC related process/policy/promotion/OEC
+ SOP flow and ensure execution.
+ Offline DPG & MT PG KPI tracking: Productivity/New user/Super new user/Retention
**Minimum** **Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree or above
**Minimum** **Experience/Training Required**
+ 5 years + trade marketing in Pharmaceutical(OTC) or Nutrition or FMCG market.
+ Minimum 2 years working experience with multi-national company.
+ Good command of written and verbal English.
+ Energetic, willing to take challenge and work hard to drive for result
