Roles & Objectives

As a Trade Marketing Intern (Combustibles Category) you will be part of our Trade Marketing Department for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Trade Marketing CC Supervisor. The position will be based in Rome.

In your role you will support the Visibility and Trade Engagement team in activities focused on enhancing visibility and communication for trade. You will contribute to the design, production, distribution, communication and monitoring of visibility materials as well as to the maintenance and tracking of key assets. You will also assist in planning communication initiatives and play a key role in collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to implement cross-functional projects.

 

Specific responsibilities:

- Support in supplier management and practices related to the design and production of materials.

- Planning of material logistics, content release and coordination with GTM and Commercial teams for the execution of activities, including support for spot requests.

- Support in content creation and scheduling of the editorial plan, as well as coordination of CRM activities.

- Follow-up and monitoring.

- Support for the maintenance process (photo pops). 

 

Who we’re looking for:

- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Management or related fields.

- Fluency in Italian and English.

- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Good communication skills.

- Good analytical skills.

- Customer and problem-solving orientation.

- Quick learning capabilities, entrepreneurship and attention to detail.

- and able to work in team.
