As a Trade Marketing Brand Retail Executive, you will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and delivering monthly communication strategies, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives. You will participate in commercial endeavors, projects, and initiatives, providing valuable insight from the retail environment and expertise throughout the entire process - from ideation to execution. You will also lead all aspects of the coordination of multi-category infrastructure, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive impactful retail initiatives.
Your ‘day to day’:
Planning, prioritizing and deploying monthly communication strategy in Brand Retail.Participating in commercial programs, projects and initiatives providing retail context and deep expertise, from idea generation to deployment.Analyzing and defining specific local needs and adapting toolboxes accordingly. Propose creative solutions based on commercial input needs, infrastructure and budget.Building and maintaining all multi-category infrastructure within Brand Retail environments – coordinate the building, technical drawings, production, delivery and installation.Coordinating the building and layout of the different formats with Central team.Working closely with Brand Retail planning and deployment team to strategize and deploy all bottom-up and top-down retail initiatives.Accomplishing biddings for various projects and ensuring multi-vendor support of brand retail infrastructure maintenance.Coordinating globally preferred vendors.Managing local agencies and third parties and follow-up on the day-to-day business with them to ensure good collaboration, impactful deliveries and fast execution.Supporting the developing and order process for branded uniforms – used as a marketing tool Brand and Indirect Retail channels.Supporting cross-functional project teams with relevant ideas related to Brand Retail.Monitoring strictly the implementation of brand communication guidelines.Actively participating in mid- and long-term marketing plans for Brand RetailCollecting and analyzing market’s needs through regular market visits, addressing them into meaningful POS solutions and communication materials.
Who we’re looking for:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of Marketing.Experience in brand management, content creation, portfolio management.Strong commercial and business understanding of channel landscape and trends.Creative thinking and design aspirations.Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to multitask.Ability to manage changes with strong result orientation.Excellent communication and negotiations skills.Experience in third-party management.Proficient in Bulgarian and English language.
