Trade Marketing Coordinator- Internal Medicine
The Trade Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading the trade marketing plan execution in POS for Internal medicine portfolio with retail focused brands including operational execution, implementation of the portfolio strategy and follow–up, support of internal coordination and alignment with enabling functions, as well as focus on specific projects.
Responsibilities
STRATEGY
Support CBL and CBM brand plan definition and implementation of portfolio strategies.
Coordinates annual trade marketing plan deployment and performance measurement analyzing CRM metrics working alongside commercial excellence/ BAI teams.
Coordination support in retail events participation and budget management with Wholesalers & pharmacy chains.
Work along with marketing coordinator and CBL in identifying growth opportunities and needs by region with Account Representatives.
Data analytics:
Analize sales and market performance, competitive landscape. Follow up territory PoAs and perform analysis of the scope, impact and efficiency of promotional investment. Monthly trade marketing reports by region ensuring Visits, Visibility, exhibition & distribution.
OMNICHANNEL & CONTENT
Support the implementation and follow-up of omnichannel plans, Tailored design and production of promotional materials for each pharmacy type, guaranteeing visibility and display at key POS
Define with CBL/CBM content and audience , articulating the correct implementation and development of materials with the Content & Channel Team
DME
Responsible for Trade Marketing Tactical Matrix upload, follow up calendar initiatives and DME accomplishment with financial team.
Management of the annual budget for visibility and display agreements (CBPs), measuring the ROI of each initiative
Monthly delivery of sample cycles and promotional materials for the sales force
MEETING & EVENTS
Provide definition and documentation to the “Transaction center” to ensure mapp creation, compliance and flawless execution of the events and initiatives.
Coordinate logistics and contents of BU meetings, field force POAs, team buildings and training-related activities.
COMPLIANCE
Annual update of Speaker program and database.
Ensure messages are aligned with local and global policies.
Qualifications:
English – Advance level
University graduate
3+ years of professional experience
Expect candidates to demonstrate these competencies:
Understanding of sales / marketing role in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable
Excellent communication and digital skills
An understanding of how to develop and use customer insight
Self-Awareness & Emotional Intelligence; Strong Planning and organizational skills
Teamwork capabilities
Advanced Experience in Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word)
Data analysis and interpretation
