Purpose of the job
Co-develops and manages the regional trade marketing plans, individualised by country & channel Demonstrates awareness of the category context in the markets where we are playing with the Local Brands and the implication for Portfolio/Brand Strategy and growth. Designs key category activities A critical role in ensuring all the On Trade marketing plans go through the appropriate planning and process stages to be best in class and importantly delivered on time in full Consistently tracks and optimizes marketing spend for all our brands and manage the portfolio and SKU mix towards optimal profitability. Allocates resources to create a clear balance between short term profit and long-term growth objectives.Key Responsibilities
Build and develop both trade marketing and category plans to help deliver the annual plan and grow profitable share Drive Market share, Volume and revenue growth through the development of a clear channel strategy - tracking, executing and mitigating Lead On Trade marketing, responsible for ensuring Brand Activations form a key part of the commercial calendar and that the appropriate level of sales resource is applied to each activation. Ensure adherence to planning horizons in the channel to drive excellent execution through GRIP score mitigation, Trade marketing and Integrated Commercial Planning and Execution ( ICP&E) Calender Work with Marketing Operations, Sales Support Leadership Team, Activation & Brand Managers and other key stakeholders to develop and maintain the key processes, ways of working and toolkits required for the effective development and implementation of brand and trading strategies leading to best-in-class execution. Lead the Trade Marketing Team in-market to ensure all activations are delivered OTIF resulting in an excellent in outlet execution. Overall responsibility for ensuring that all NPI and Brand Activations are ready for launch. Reconcile the BTL on a monthly basis via budget trackers Identify Risks and opportunities in the budget and review with the Leadership team on a monthly basis Ensure that all Campaigns are set up correctly, aligned to the budget and charges to the correct budget line Execute relevant MWB, support all local teams to execute as such
