As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist IV within the Trade Lifecycle team at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in managing moderate to complex tasks related to Foreign Exchange transactions. Your work will have a significant impact within your team, ensuring all breaks and queries are resolved timely and efficiently to mitigate risk and provide exceptional client service to our customers on respective platforms. You will leverage your expertise in a variety of work processes, applying advanced knowledge of policies and procedures to solve non-routine problems. Your role will involve working on escalated assignments, requiring you to apply problem-solving techniques and improve existing processes. Your ability to actively listen, manage internal stakeholders, create presentations, and initiate process improvements will be key to your success in this role.

Demonstrated ability to apply problem-solving techniques to resolve defined problems within the trade lifecycle.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, detect anomalies, and propose effective solutions.Experience in using systems architecture and automation technologies to support operational efficiency.Ability to create and deliver presentations to peers, managers, and stakeholders using standard office software applications.Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes and propose solutions within the trade lifecycle.Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize workload whilst working as part of a team.
