Job Summary
As a Senior Team Member within the Custody Stock Reconciliations team, you perform key reconciliation functions for stock and cash. You investigate discrepancies, analyze exceptions, and provide detailed reasoning to business partners & You ensure timely resolution of breaks and contribute to process improvements and reporting.

Job Responsibilities 

Perform asset (stock) and cash reconciliations with accuracyInvestigate and research discrepancies in reconciliationsAnalyze breaks and exceptions, providing clear reasoningCommunicate findings to business and resolver groupsMeet or exceed defined SLAs for quality and turnaround timePrepare metrics, dashboards, and reporting documentsParticipate in hub calls and liaise with business partnersResolve queries raised on a day-to-day basisUtilize TLM/TLM Premium for reconciliation processesApply data validation controls and feed maintenanceSupport asset servicing, corporate actions, and securities lending as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Hold B. Com, M. Com, BBA, or MBA degreeMinimum 1 year of experience in stock reconciliationsExhibit strong time management and organizational skillsDisplay attention to detail and analytical thinkingCommunicate effectively both orally and in writingCollaborate with peers, colleagues, and stakeholdersApply knowledge of reconciliation tools and processes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Utilize experience with TLM/TLM Premium systemsApply understanding of asset servicing and corporate actionsDemonstrate familiarity with securities lending and trade settlementsEmploy skills in data validation controls and feed maintenanceLeverage knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau for reportingExhibit ability to work with metrics and dashboardsContribute to process improvement initiatives
