Job Summary

As a Trading Lifecycle Associate within the Operations team, you ensure accurate and timely settlement of trades. You collaborate with business and technology partners to resolve issues and implement process improvements. You play a key role in maintaining data integrity and supporting global initiatives

Job Responsibilities

Ensure transactions are correctly matched for smooth settlementPre-match and settle Fixed Income trades, focusing on priority clientsManage delivery, cross depot stock movements, and payment processingInstruct bond conversions for both physical and ADRsValidate interest claims and review auto-borrow reportsResolve cash and stock breaks with the Reconciliations teamParticipate in projects for new system implementation and process improvementTake ownership of work, clarify issues, and ensure data accuracyCollaborate with Desk Heads and Business Managers to address prioritiesPartner with technology teams to design and implement future solutionsPerform cost-benefit analysis and document requirements for future processes
