ActivitiesAre you ready to play a pivotal role in the world of global trade finance? We are looking for a motivated Trade Finance & Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and oversee financial security instruments for international trading activities.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Risk Management: Monitor daily exposure for all upcoming deals, ensuring sales exceeding credit limits or requiring full coverage are secured.Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with traders and operators to stay informed of deal changes and minimize financial exposure.Collateral Management: Request and assess the issuance of Standby Letters of Credit, Documentary Letters of Credit, and prepayments to maintain acceptable risk levels. Review LC workability in accordance with contract terms and UCP 600/ISP 98.Letter of Credit Issuance: Prepare and issue LCs in line with contractual obligations, coordinating with banks on issuance and discounting arrangements.Transaction Monitoring: Conduct daily reviews of outstanding LCs, ensuring timely invoicing and fund transfers prior to expiration.Document Compliance & Resolution: Prepare documents for presentation under documentary LCs, ensuring full compliance and resolving discrepancies raised by banks. Track and monitor funds received under LC transactions.Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in Monthly Domestic Crude Netting, compiling net exposure reports for approval and requesting LCs as needed.Receivables Management: Coordinate with banks on monthly receivable programs for the ATMI entity, ensuring smooth transactions.Payment Guarantee Oversight: Review payment guarantee agreements, prepare required banking documents, and monitor repayment processes.What We Offer

Candidate ProfileEducation/Experience:
Finance / Accounting degree.5-10 years’ experience in Trade Finance, in the Finance, Back Office or Operations Department of a Trading organization.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Understanding of UCP 600, ISP 98 and Incoterms 2000. Proven ability to perform detail-oriented tasks, meet deadlines. Effective and professional communication skills with customers and all levels of personnel.Other:
Interface with Operations, Credit, Banks and third-party counterparties. Multi-task duties and be able to prioritize responsibilities to meet goals and deadlines.Why Join Us?
