Responsible for ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, optimizing customs processes, and supporting trade operations across the Americas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5–7 years of experience in international trade or related area
Direct experience in import compliance for the Americas
Subject matter expertise in trade compliance including import regulation, classification, valuation, licensing, and authorizations
Fluency in English (oral and written)
US Customs Broker license strongly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Willingness to travel up to 10%
Preferred Skills
Strong project management and computer skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel)
Experience with Oracle and trade automation tools such as E2Open
Analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve business challenges
Ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal policies
Optimize costs related to customs and trade activities
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation in trade processes
Support and evaluate internal and external service providers against performance metrics
Maintain strong focus on customer support in trade compliance activities
Provide expertise in resolving compliance and operational challenges
Contribute to Americas trade compliance projects and initiatives
Pay Details: $31.00 to $41.00 per hour
