Key Responsibilities Efficient processing of imports, exports and preference proof while ensuring compliance with national and international trade rules Handling of customs clearance processes for imports and export in coordination of customs service providers as daily operation Maintenance and issuance of supplier declarations for preferential origin in SAP GTS solution as daily operation Support of company group-wide Sanction list controls in SAP GTS Preparation of inhouse customs declarations possible in future (free circulation of goods, inward processing, temporary admission, etc.) Support the development of authorizations, monitoring, and audit processes Communication with local competent authorities Support and monitor Trade Compliance related topics Teamwork within the framework of a risk and compliance management system Qualifications Successful commercial apprenticeship in business and/or similar subject-specified qualification Experience in processing and completing customs import and export processes Strong understanding of customs commodity codes and import and export procedures Basic knowledge or strong willingness to adapt Free Trade Agreements (FTA), origin, and preference regulations Basic knowledge of export control law is beneficial Good English skills are required; German languages is an advantage SAP, SAP-GTS, Office applications, customs software Strong attention to detail, dynamic, goal-oriented work, and teamwork skills, as well as a willingness to pursue further training Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality We offer Competitive Salary (with yearly bonus up to 15%) Opportunity for Future Growth and Advancement Meal allowance of 123 CZK / day Transport allowance of 100 CZK / day Vacation allowance 10 000 CZK / year Flexi Pass 20 000 CZK / year Christmas allowance 10 000 CZK / year 5 weeks of holiday and for every 3 years of employment plus 1 extra day of holiday 3 days of sick leave per year Pension insurance contribution up to 4 166 CZK / month Home office option ...and much more! ​ As an international company, we welcome the diversity of people.
