Trade Compliance Analyst
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + **Management of bonded warehouses** + 1. Declare the verification list to ensure that the data is complete, accurate, and in compliance with customs laws and regulations. Verify the import and export customs declaration form to ensure accurate and complete declaration of bonded materials. + 2. Liaise with customs, freight forwarders, and internal teams to quickly resolve customs clearance issues and ensure that the clearance time of bonded materials meets customer needs. + 3. Pay close attention to the latest customs policies, and promptly report and train on the impact of changes in customs policies on bonded management to ensure that the company continues to comply with customs laws and regulations. + 4. Regularly conduct inventory checks of bonded materials and verify any discrepancies. + 5. Implement and execute inventory control procedures to prevent loss, damage, and misplacement in bonded warehouses, and conduct red light analysis. + 6. Analyze the differences between the data in the bonded warehouse management system and the customs declaration data, work with relevant departments to analyze the reasons for the differences, and make tax declarations according to customs requirements. + 7. Regularly report the management status of the bonded warehouse to the management, including data discrepancy analysis and customs verification results. + **TSE release hold** + 1. Analyze and handle the hold generated by compliance screening during the order execution process, understand the reasons for these holds, make correct judgments, report or release them in a timely manner, ensure compliance while meeting internal and external customer needs. + 2. Learn how to review TSE holds and report or release them directly according to regulations + 3. Support the shipment of urgent orders and booking (in cases where overtime is required for release on weekends or workdays), timely and accurately judge and release orders, and ensure the normal operation of the business + **Classification of Import and Export Products** + Classify new products to meet customs declaration requirements + Timely update the classification information system to meet import and export requirements + Report any abnormalities to the headquarters ITC team + Analyze the classification of customs doubts and provide a situation explanation after confirming the issues + Regularly review classification record **Who You Are:** + Ensures accountability + Action oriented + Manages complexity **For This Role, You Will Need:** + **Education** + - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. + - Relevant certifications in customs compliance, warehouse management, or supply chain operations are a plus + **Experience** + - Work experience in bonded warehouse management, customs declaration, logistics, and manufacturing related positions. + - Proven track record in managing customs documentation, inventory control, and warehouse operations in a bonded environment. + **Skills** + - Proficiency in customs declaration systems and warehouse management systems + - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports + - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + - Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment + - Knowledge of international trade regulations, incoterms, and freight forwarding processes **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** + At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
