With 5 main sites across Australia and New Zealand our distribution centres are the heartbeat of bringing our Bunnings stores to life.

Each year, over 1,000 dedicated team members unpack approximately 60,000 shipping containers, pick close to 8 million orders for our stores, and handle nearly 3 million pallets. Our team ensures the smooth dispatch of around 1.5 million pallets to our stores annually.

You will be responsible for supporting the safe and smooth delivery of stock to our stores, working alongside a fast-paced team in an operational distribution environment.

What you’ll do:

Pick and pack orders with precision and care

Load and unload products on delivery trucks utilising machinery (high reach and counter balance forklift) as required.

Ensure orders are dispatched in full and on time

Replenish stock to keep our operations running smoothly

Use equipment and machinery to safely move stock and organise products

Who we’re looking for:

Safety is our top priority, and we need team members who can think and act safely in a fast-paced distribution centre environment.

Never worked in a distribution centre before? If you have the right attitude, we’ll make sure you have the skills to get the job done. We believe in empowering our team members and providing the training you need to succeed.

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Accuracy and attention to detail

A current forklift license would be ideal although not essential

Experience in warehousing, dispatch of deliveries or picking and packing of orders, or voice picking is ideal but not essential

When you’re ready to give this opportunity a Red Hot Go, all you’ll need to do is:

Submit an application and complete an online chat interview (20 minutes)

If successful, next step includes an online video interview (15 minutes)

If you’re a match, we’ll invite you to an onsite meet and greet with our leaders (20 minutes)

You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
