**SNAPSHOT** Location: Valsayn, Trinidad Company: Nestlé Full-time **POSITION SUMMARY** Responsible for effectively managing the use of chillers in all channels, ensuring increased visibility and sales of products. Also responsible for the development of the business of key wholesalers by ensuring that the Channel Plans are executed. **A DAY IN THE LIFE …** + Supervise the Chiller provider to optimize assets and support sales targets, ensuring data accessibility on spare parts and assets in Trinidad and Tobago for audits. + Manage the chiller provider execution of Preventive Maintenance. Ensure the use of spare parts is optimized and the right decisions are made relating to removal, maintenance or destruction of Nestle assets. + Proper Product Storage & Rotation: check for Expired & Damaged Goods through the chiller retail auditors + Define the Chiller Strategy and operational plans in order to maximize “on the go” potential ensuring product and brand visibility. + Daily updating of Chiller Reports for ActionPak (Chiller Service Provider) to conduct on trade actions (Deployment; Maintenance; Extractions). + Managing the maintenance of chillers, track chiller movements and ensure placement of POP and planogram adherence to the chiller and elimination of product contamination. + POP Room Coordination: Ensure tracking of all POP (Wobbler, Shelf Paper, Premiums etc.). + Coordination of POP for the Merchandisers on Trade: Dissemination to the Merchandising leads in accordance with Trade Activities. + POP Room Management: System implementation by Category and auditing to ensure purging of old POP. + Recommend strategic implementation of pricing and margin policy by SKU on its category. **WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL** + First degree in Business Management or related social science; + Minimum 3 years Sales Experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment; + Refrigeration certification is required.
