**Position Snapshot**
+ Location: Budapest and Home Office
+ Education: College/University degree preferably in marketing field
+ Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience (FMCG is a plus)
+ Language knowledge: Fluent English and Hungarian
**Position Summary**
Bring shopper relevant marketing initiatives to life in-store, in-line with customer needs.
**A day in the life of a Trade Activity Specialist...**
Support aligned and consistent commercialisation of brand plans by developing compelling and cost effective category/brand activation solutions and promotional events at point of sale - aligned with brand guidelines and integrated into Marketing plan, ensure Category & Marketing approval. Leverage centrally developed solutions where suitable. Working closely with Category Channel Managers on the final deliverables.
+ Provide full visibility of the activation plan, timings and costs to enable strong budget control and planning. Manage budget allocation.
+ Propose, plan and implementation of promo activities in channels according to marketing strategy with enable evaluation of the investments (pre-/post evaluation).Drive category conversations with customers on how to develop the category and their performance.
+ Recommend actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding on shopper behavior within entire beverage Category/sub Category.
+ Prepare materials supporting products display and promotion in stores ("POS. materials") including recommendation for placement.
+ Enable continuous improvement in tactical execution and performance: responsible for maximal efficiency of all processes related to the promotion activities - purchase and production of POSM, use and value of promo materials stock. Based on approved targets create briefs for agencies and prepare POS design, develop and manage POS materials for specific solutions.
+ Organise, manage and execute annual activation plan in Nestle shop (if valid).
+ Develop brand or category based selling materials for Sales Force (trade folders, product samples, packshots, give aways etc.) in order to support them to successfully present and implement Coffee I/R, Priority Activations, Category, Channel or Customer specific projects at customers.
+ Confirm and proceed with special packs development (e.g Quarter Pallets) 'Workflow', drive the development (i.e. design) and sales coordination (i.e. collect Volume Commitments/ prepare Sales Information etc.) of Quarter Pallets or other premerchandised units. Actively searches for cost efficiency of the recommended tools.
+ Monitor Local Warehouse POSM Stock Levels - Elevating issues.
+ Influence business decisions within Sales and Marketing team by providing channel, customer and shopper expertise and analysis.
+ With Category Development, build merchandising 'Picture of Success'.
