**Job Summary** The Sr. Trackwise Test Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. With a focus on Trackwise On-prem the candidate will design execute and manage test cases to ensure optimal performance. The candidate will contribute to the companys mission by ensuring that our products meet the highest standards ultimately benefiting **Responsibilities** + Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to Trackwise On-prem applications to ensure thorough coverage and quality assurance. + Execute manual and automated test cases meticulously documenting results and identifying defects to enhance software quality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide input on testability and quality improvements. + Analyze test results and work closely with developers to resolve issues ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. + Maintain and update test scripts and documentation ensuring they reflect the current state of the application and testing best practices. + Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. + Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback to ensure clarity and testability of requirements. + Monitor and report on testing progress providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency in testing activities. + Utilize domain knowledge in Provider to enhance testing strategies and ensure alignment with industry standards. + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the testing process. + Support the implementation of new testing tools and technologies to improve testing capabilities and outcomes. + Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest testing trends and technologies applying this knowledge to improve testing practices. + Work in a hybrid model effectively managing time and resources to balance remote and in-office work requirements. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in Trackwise On-prem with proven experience in testing and quality assurance. + Demonstrate expertise in testing methodologies and tools with a focus on both manual and automated testing. + Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. + Have excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends. + Display a keen attention to detail ensuring thorough and accurate testing processes. + Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. **Certifications Required** ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
