This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance dispatch-style responsibilities with physical, on-site support in a remote desert environment. The role involves monitoring screens and radio traffic, managing communications across multiple track users, documenting activity and incidents, and coordinating responses with operations leadership. Additionally, the role supports active testing operations by assisting with vehicle movement, track setup, fueling, cleaning, and maintaining general operational readiness.

The work environment features variable outdoor conditions and includes both control room and office settings.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
