Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is opening in early 2026 and we are currently interviewing for Management opportunities!!   Track Manager Reports to: General Manager/Assistant General Managers   POSITION OVERVIEW The Track Manager will be responsible for the leadership of the Andretti Indoor Karting & Games facility and team members on a daily basis including staffing, scheduling & training of hourly staff, cost control, service standards, operational procedures and policies, guest relations, sanitation, environment control, cash handling, staff motivation, safety and security.    Andretti Indoor Karting & Games – AIKG can get you on the track for your winning management career! Andretti Indoor Karting & Games (AIKG) is a rapidly growing Family Entertainment company. AIKG locations feature high-speed, high-tech indoor Karting on multilevel tracks, multi-player immersive Virtual Reality Simulators, Arcade fun, and amazing restaurants & event spaces featuring scratch cocktails and culinary creations crafted in our kitchens.    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead team members with integrity, accountability, and a focus on operational excellence Empower staff to deliver legendary guest service that exceeds expectations Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service delivery, and product quality Lead the development, training, and performance of Karting, Track, and Mechanic team members Provide timely, direct, and constructive feedback to support individual growth and accountability Manage staff training programs and employee relations to foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture Maintain high team morale through proactive leadership, recognition, and support Play a key role in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent across departments Drive daily sales performance while effectively managing labor, operational costs, and cash handling Monitor and control departmental labor costs to stay within budgeted targets Ensure all site inspections meet or exceed company and regulatory standards Maintain a well-organized, clean, and guest-ready departmental environment Collaborate with the Sales Department to coordinate staffing and operational needs for events Oversee the maintenance, organization, and inventory of unit-specific equipment to ensure readiness and longevity Always support the Andretti Indoor Karting and Games Motto “Striving for Perfection: Achieving Excellence.” QUALIFICATIONS Required: Eligible to work in the U.S. At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Energetic and guest-focused with a commitment to operational excellence Preferred: Affinity for and knowledge of Motorsports and/or competitive Go Karting Two years of leadership or management experience in a high-volume environment; either family entertainment venue, mechanic's shop, or restaurant. Proven leadership and team skills; ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff Strong training and development background Working knowledge of cost controls Basic knowledge of Motorsport vehicles Strong training and development background Benefits: Salary from $60,000 - $75,000 Exciting Bonus opportunities paid quarterly, up to $8,000 per year AIKG has the BEST staff, so managers work with and lead motivated professionals!
