Trách nhiệm chính (Main Responsibilities): + Tham gia phân tích các chỉ tiêu sinh vi sinh trong thực phẩm, thức ăn chăn nuôi, vệ sinh công nghiệp/ Engage in the analysis of microbiology criteria in food, animal feed, and industrial hygiene. + Quản lý nhóm phân tích, phân công, sắp xếp công việc, giám sát quy trình phân tích/ Managing the analysis team, assigning and organizing tasks, and supervising the analysis process. + Tuân thủ và thực hiện các nội quy về 5S, an toàn PTN/ Adhere to and implement the rules of 5S and laboratory safety. + Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do trưởng phòng phân công/ Execute other duties as assigned by the department manager. + Soạn thảo SOP và thực hiện phát triển các phương pháp vi sinh mới/ Develop and write SOPs for new microbiology methods. + Thực hiện đào tạo các chỉ tiêu được giao theo kế hoạch/ Conduct training on assigned content as per the department's training plan. + Đọc và trả kết quả các chỉ tiêu vi sinh/ Interpret and report results of microbiology parameters. + Hỗ trợ trưởng phòng thực hiện các dự án cụ thể; phối hợp cùng các trưởng nhóm trong việc cải tiến và nâng cao chất lượng phân tích/ Assisting the lab manager in implementing specific projects; collaborating with team leaders to improve and enhance analysis quality. + Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major): Sinh học, Công nghệ sinh học/ Biology, Biotechnology + Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): Tiếng Anh trung cấp trở lên/ Intermediate or higher English (e.g., TOEIC > 700) + Kinh nghiệm (Experiences): >2 năm/ years trong mảng kiểm nghiệm Vi sinh + Tin học văn phòng trung cấp trở lên/ Intermediate or higher Microsoft office skills. + Có kinh nghiệm hoạt động trong phòng thí nghiệm đạt ISO 17025 là một lợi thế/ Experience working in an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory is an advantage. + Chịu được áp lực công việc; có kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và tinh thần cải tiến liên tục/ Able to work under pressure; possesses problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
