Job Title: Toxicology Associate Location: Princeton, NJ (Remote) Type: Contract Start: ASAP Responsibilities: + AI Support projects for AI Improvements + ISA database support projects + study report summaries + ST forms (setting up study docs) + Fragrance regulation support (SB258, SB312, EU extended allergen calcs…etc.) + Assess whether an HRIPT is needed for formulas with changes in fragrance + SharePoint data review of tox files for completeness (i.e. market introductions all filed in folders) Requirements: + Bachelor’s Degree (Biological Sciences major is preferred not required) + Toxicology background is a plus + Minimum 1-2 years of work experience + Consumer goods experience, professional toxicology experience, safety ingredient background preferred + Project management exp a plus + Communication skills + Organizational skills + Proficient in Microsoft office – strong Excel + AI experience (Copilot, ChatGPT) also a plus System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
