**Job Description**
We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable tour van driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting guests while providing engaging and informative tour experience. This role requires excellent driving skills, customer service, and a passion for sharing the culture and history of Charleston, SC.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Operates a company vehicle which may include a bus or shuttle van
+ Responsible for the safe transportation of guests and employees
+ Responsible for the daily inspection of while following all vehicle safety procedures
+ Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a clean, neat appearance to represent the company
+ Maintains cleanliness, fuels, and performs daily inspections on vehicles
+ Clean all vehicles and equipment after use
+ Fuel vehicles as necessary
+ Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive demeanor towards guests, clients, and co-workers
+ Adheres to policies and procedures regarding emergency and accident procedures and radio protocol
+ Report necessary maintenance or repairs on equipment and vehicles to Managers in a timely manner
+ Perform all job duties in a safe manner by adhering to all driving regulations, road signs, and company safety policies and procedures
+ Report moving violations that are received on or off duty to manager immediately
+ Perform opening and closing side work as needed
+ Work in other areas or departments as needed
+ Guides patrons on tours.
+ Greeting guests in a courteous and professional manner.
+ Understands and speaks to history, knowledge, and facts about the location.
+ Respond to customer questions and requests.

**Qualifications**
+ Must possess a valid driver?s license
+ Minimum of 23 years of age
+ No suspension of driving privileges for moving violations in the past 3 years.
+ Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
+ Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
+ Previous customer service experience preferred
+ Basic computer skills required.
+ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
