Job DescriptionCoordinate and organize daily tours, excursions, and transfers for in-house guests.Provide detailed and accurate information about local attractions, cultural sites, and island activities.Liaise with external tour suppliers and transportation providers to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.Handle guest inquiries and bookings promptly, both before and during their stay.Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and environmental sustainability guidelines.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local tourism trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.Support the Guest Experience team in creating tailor-made itineraries for special occasions or VIP guests.Record and manage reservations, guest feedback, and Recreation revenue accurately.Assist in promoting resort experiences, excursions, and packages through upselling and cross-department collaboration.Assist the Manager in the timely and accurate completion of month-end reporting.Prepare and submit supporting documentation and analyses for the monthly financial report directly to the Manager.QualificationsMinimum 1–2 years’ experience in tour operation, concierge, or guest experience in luxury hospitality.Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage).Strong knowledge of local culture, geography, and tourism activities around Koh Yao Yai and Phang Nga Bay.Customer-oriented, detail-minded, and able to handle multiple tasks.Computer literacy and familiarity with reservation or Opera systems.Positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.Additional Information
