The role requires an exceptional business partner to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a team of operational financial analysts/plant controllers, consolidation and analysis of actual results/forecasts/budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, product/conversion/material productivity analysis, driving freight/inventory reductions, and supporting capital investments. Collaborating with the other operational departments heads to ensure strategic goals and financial targets of the location + Company policies and procedures compliance responsibility - very important matter + Cost control processes responsible ; identify cost savings opportunities with focus on improvements ; CAPEX budget ownership + Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including variance analysis and explanations to senior EMEA Finance and Operations management + Business partner for Plant management + Month / Quarter / Year end financial closing processes owner + Responsible for standard rates calculations. Standard costing accuracy and timely maintenance **Your Ideal Profile :** + **5+ Senior experience in production controlling management or financial management** , experience in production processes, product cost structure and costing + Proficient SAP user as well as strong MS Excell skills. + Interested in digitalization and implementation of latest technologies in terms of financial reporting. Willing to learn about new software solutions , such as SAC, Tableau , Power BI + Self-paced , ability to organize and plan the activities in a dynamic and challenging environment.
