Apply now for the position of Total Rewards Specialist Switzerland (m/w/d) and become a key member of the Total Rewards EMEA team. You will be responsible for supporting all Total Rewards topics and projects in Switzerland.

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Total Rewards professional to oversee compensation and benefits in Switzerland. In this role, you’ll collaborate across HR, Finance, and global teams to ensure our rewards offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our global strategy.


Your role:

You act as a trusted partner to the HR Country Head, local leadership, and global Total Rewards team.You shape and refine the Swiss compensation strategy in line with global guidelines and market trends.You manage the benefits portfolio, including annual reviews, vendor coordination, and policy renewals.You lead annual compensation cycles (merit, short- and long-term incentives), ensuring fairness and consistency.You advise on job evaluations, offer packages, promotions, and off-cycle pay adjustments.You ensure compliance with Swiss laws and internal policies, and manage audits and reporting requirements.You lead compensation and benefits initiatives in M&A projects, including harmonizing programs post-acquisition.You provide detailed analytics and reports to HR and business stakeholders for decision-making.

Your expertise:

You possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification, essential for the role.You bring several years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally with large matrix organization or consultancy.You demonstrate strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and a data-driven mindset.You bring new ideas and with your growth mindset you can adapt well to ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.You have project management experience and thrive transformation.You have in-depth expertise in problem-solving and stakeholder management and with your strong communication you navigate in a collaborative way in a multicultural environment.You are fluent in both German, and English, essential for effectively navigating a bilingual business environment and engaging stakeholders at all levels. French language skills are a plus.
