Join our international Total Rewards team and help us shape the future of compensation at Siemens!
You’ll work on cross -country reward strategies including job architecture , compensation , variable pay , and recognition programs . In close collaboration with Country Total Rewards Key Account Managers , you’ll improve our C&B offerings and drive impactful projects .
Your role
+ Support the design, rollout , and monitoring of reward programs .
+ Identify opportunities for improvement by understanding employee and business needs .
+ Conduct analysis , research and make data- driven proposals .
+ Manage annual reward processes and contribute to global projects .
+ Collaborate with Global Business Services on end-to-end process development .
+ Coordinate external service providers and track performance .
+ Work with C&B experts and stakeholders across functions and borders .
What we expect from you
+ Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits .
+ Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills .
+ Analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills .
+ Proactive , open to change , and detail- oriented .
+ Fluent in B u sine s s Engl ish ; other languag es ( e.g . German , Frenc h , Spanish ) are a plus .
+ Open to occasional t ravel .
