WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Total Rewards Partner, you will partner with the business to deliver and govern Total Rewards practices that are consistent, compliant, competitive, and aligned with global frameworks. You will support leaders with insights, data, and expert guidance to drive fair and business‑relevant reward decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market, consisting of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary.
You will:
Act as a rewards partner for the Sales Market, ensuring alignment with global Total Rewards strategy while maintaining local relevance.Lead the execution of compensation, benefits, mobility, and other rewards programs at Sales Market level.Support the implementation and communication of pay structures and compensation principles across the sales market.Oversee annual rewards processes including salary review, incentive planning, budgeting, and market benchmarking.Drive compliance with global Total Rewards policies and ensure alignment with local legislation and internal standards.Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to enable strong reward‑related decision‑making.Provide expert advice and training to HR and senior leaders on compensation and benefits topics.Collaborate with Global Total Rewards teams to strengthen processes, tools, and governance.Analyze internal and market data to maintain competitive and equitable reward practices and support continuous improvement.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Total Rewards Partner, you will work closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, Finance teams, and Global Total Rewards team, to ensure a consistent and strategic Total Rewards approach that supports business goals and an attractive employee experience.
